基于三焦理论辨治小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎
Syndrome differentiation and treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children based on the theory of sanjiao
摘要
Abstract
Mesenteric lymphadenitis(ML)is a common non-specific inflammation in children,which occurs often repeatedly,lingers over time and is difficult to cure,affecting the daily life and the growth of children.At present,western medicine adopts a symptomatic treatment to relieve pain and spasticity.The unique treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can relieve the pain of children and improve their quality of life.Professor Sun Liping believes that sanjiao and lymphatic system are closely related in their morphology and function,and mesenteric lymphadenitis is mainly caused by impeded qi movement of sanjiao,resulting in the accumulation of toxins and pathogens,the coagulation of qi and blood in the intestines.Therefore,she treats the disease by adhering to the principles of detoxifying and resolving hard masses,dredging and promoting sanjiao,supplemented by the methods of eliminating phlegm and dampness,removing blood stasis and relieving pain,warming yang and tonifying deficiency.Guided by the holism concept in syndrome differentiation,she modifies flexibly the self-formulated prescription of Yuanshao Sanjie Tang to activate the qi circulation in sanjiao,promote the blood movement,effectively shrink the size of lymph nodes,improve the symptoms,reduce the recurrence times,shorten the course of the disease.This study is expected to provide a references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis.关键词
