千金苇茎汤加减联合痰热清治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎
Effects of modified Qianjin Weijiang decoction combined with Tanreqing on children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of the modified Qianjin Weijing decoction combined with Tanreqing on the lung function and inflammatory responses in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods A total of 90 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were selected as the study subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to their different treatment plans.The 30 cases in the control group were treated with azithromycin combined with Tanreqing injection,while the observation group of 60 cases were treated with the modified Qianjin Weijing decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.The levels of inflammatory factors interleukin-6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),the levels of immune function CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and the changes in the lung function indicators such as forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF),and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was compared between them as well.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(85.00%,51/60)was better than that of the control group(60.00%,18/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,the average levels of PCT,hs-CRP,and IL-6 in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The immune function and lung function indicators of both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified Qianjin Weijiang decoction combined with Tanreqing can significantly improve the curative effect of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and promote the recovery of lung function in children,whose mechanism may be related to the improvement of immune function and the levels of inflammatory factors.关键词
