Dreaming,Wandering and Struggling:Underlying Narratives in the 21st Century Cinema
摘要
Abstract
The underlying narratives in the films of the 21st century,serving as a voice for the inner thoughts of the underclass,present several plot modes,including the dream seeker's"departure and return",the wanderer's"loss and search",and the sufferer's"struggle and success".The plots of the underlying narratives show the phases of social reality in the 21st century,representing the creators'observations and interpretations of the present.From a certain point of view,the underlying narratives of the 21st century cinema is a kind of deconstruction and manifestation.Through the way of writing about the individuals of underclass and their trajectory in the action of the plot,the films provide a holographic and complex picture of the underclass,constructing a scene of the times constituted by the constant development under the double impacts of change and calm.关键词
