Abstract
Railway,as a representative large-scale bulk transportation mode,is a key area in this round of national efforts to adjust the transportation structure and reduce overall logistics costs.To clarify the direc-tion of railway logistics-oriented transformation,this paper first analyzed the contradiction between the large-scale supply and decentralized demand of railway transportation,and proposed the necessity to con-struct distributed integrated supply chains compatible with railways.Subsequently,the paper compared the experience of railway freight transformation in China and abroad,as well as the achievements and challeng-es faced by China's railway transformation.It deeply analyzed the logistics-oriented transformation and put forward relevant policy recommendations.The logistics-oriented transformation of railways should not only focus on its own efforts,extending service scope from"station-to-station"to"door-to-door",but also pay more attention to cooperation with professional intermodal transport operators and logistics companies outside the railway,making its original short and slow railway supply chains sub-ordinate to the long,full,fast and comprehensive chains of the cooperative logistics chain master.Si-multaneously,it is necessary to reasonably share railway freight management information and terminal facilities,with dedicated efforts to expand logistics ecosystems through mutually beneficial partner-ships.The transformation strategy should emphasize value co-creation through information sharing,fa-cility co-utilization,and ecological circle expansion within collaborative logistics networks.关键词
