孤独症儿童家庭照顾者心理一致感在社会支持与积极感受间的中介效应
The mediating effect of sense of coherence between social support and positive feelings among family caregivers of children with autism

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of positive feelings among family caregivers of children with autism,and to explore the mediating role of sense of coherence between social support and positive feelings.Methods:A convenience sample of 207 family caregivers of children with autism undergoing rehabilitation training at a rehabilitation center and tertiary grade A in Mianyang city from January to October 2023 was included.Data were collected using a general information questionnaire,Positive Aspects of Caregiver(PAC),Sense of Coherence-13(SOC-13),and the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Results:The scores for positive feelings,sense of coherence,and social support among caregivers were(28.07±5.47),(50.15±8.49)and(34.24±7.83),respectively.Factors influencing positive feelings included the child's disease duration,monthly rehabilitation costs,caregiver's education level,sense of coherence,and social support,collectively explaining 39.4%of the total variance.Positive feelings,sense of coherence,and social support were positively correlated pairwise(P<0.01).Sense of coherence mediated the relationship between social support and positive feelings,accounting for 17.92%of the mediating effect.Conclusions:Family caregivers of children with autism exhibited moderate levels of positive feelings.Sense of coherence served as a mediator between social support and positive feelings.Healthcare professionals should implement targeted interventions to enhance caregivers'social support and sense of coherence,thereby improving their positive perceptions.关键词
