癌症患儿父母经济毒性的潜在剖面分析及护理启示
Latent profile analysis of economic toxicity among parents of children with cancer and nursing implications

Abstract
Objective:To explore the current situation and heterogeneity of economic toxicity among parents of children with cancer,and to identify the influencing factors under different potential categories.Methods:By using the convenience sampling method,parents of children with cancer from two tertiary hospitals in Qingdao,Shandong province were selected as the research subjects from October 2023 to May 2024.Data were collected through the general information questionnaire,the Comprehensive Economic Toxicity Scale(COST),the Family Hardiness Index,the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,and the Social Support Rating Scale.latent profile analysis(LPA)was used to classify the potential categories of economic toxicity,and the influencing factors were explored through univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis.Results:A total of 221 participants were included.The economic toxicity of parents of children with cancer could be classified into three potential characteristics,anxiety type-high risk group(49.3%),burden type-medium risk group(30.3%),and mild stress type-low risk group(20.4%).Gender,residential area,type of cancer,age of the children,severity of the disease,psychological resilience and social support were significant influencing factors for the differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The economic toxicity of parents of children with cancer has significant categorical characteristics.Medical staff need to implement personalized nursing intervention based on different categories to reduce the economic toxicity burden of this group.关键词
