Taxonomic affiliation and biogeographic analysis of a wild macrofungus"Chaidamu dafeigu"from different geographical origins in Qinghai
摘要
Abstract
A macrofungus locally named as 'Chaidamu dafeigu' is a typical representative species growing in saline-alkali desert ecosystem in Qaidam Basin,Qinghai Province. However, its species concept remains unclear.Nineteen specimens of this fungus were collected in three geographical sources of Qinghai(Nomhon,Delingha, and Ulan),and the morphological observation, molecular phylogenetic analysis and historical biogeography of the fungus were studied.Molecular phylogenetic analysis results showed that the tested 19 strains from different sources were far different from previously identified Agaricus bitorquis, but they are identical to Agaricus sinodeliciosus.Molecular clock analysis showed that the Qinghai wild A.sinodeliciosus strains originated in about 14.23 Ma ago, which differentiated from strain WZR2012822 in Ebinur Lake area of Xinjiang at 12.38 Ma.The reconstruction results of the ancestral distribution area show that A.sinodeliciosus population in Qinghai differentiated the Nomhon clade, the Delingha clade and the Ulan clade along with the tectonic movement of the Quaternary fold return in the Qaidam Basin, and the reconstructed ancestor was most likely Nomhon clade(78.48%,38.89%,and 13.60%).The correct scientific name of 'Chaidamu dafeigu' was revised as A.sinodeliciosus.The germplasm resources of salt-tolerant edible and medicinal fungi in China need further study.关键词
