摘要

Abstract

Thirteen strains of the genus Lachnum producing extracellular polysaccharide were isolated from the roots of Betula ermanii in the tundra of Changbai Mountains.A high-yield strain L01 was screened out by measuring the yield of crude extracellular polysaccharide.The results of single factor test and response surface analysis showed that the optimal fermentation medium was composed of 13.57 g/L soluble starch as carbon source,15.23 g/L cornmeal as nitrogen source,and 6.86 g/L NaCl as inorganic salt source.Under these nutrient conditions,the extracellular polysaccharide yield of the strain L01 was 1.941 mg/mL.The significance for the effects of the tested factors on the exopolysaccharide production of strain L01 was graded in the order of soluble starch>NaCl>cornmeal.This study provides reference material for in-depth study and resource utilization of extracellular polysaccharides produced by Lachnum fungi.
