摘要

Abstract

To solve the issues of low welding efficiency and unstable weld quality in manual welding of small-sized fuel pipes for engines,research on optimizing the process parameters of robot arc welding technology for small-sized fuel pipes is conducted.Based on the Design of Experiments(DOE)method,experiments were conducted on the process parameters of arc welding to obtain the optimal process parameters.The optimal solution was a welding speed of 42cm/min,wire feeding speed of 8.5m/min,corrected arc length of-2mm,and initial welding current of 120A.The research results in the paper has certain guiding significance for the production and manufacturing of small-sized fuel pipes.
