Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of Super Early Strength and High Strength Concrete

Abstract
In view of the dual requirements of early strength and late bearing capacity of concrete in the construction of bridge pile foundation,this paper designed three different water-binder ratios(0.24,0.26,0.28)and adopted different dosage of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent(2.0%,2.4%,2.8%).Through the testing of compressive strength,flexural strength,elastic modulus and microstructure analysis,The optimization of the mix ratio of super early strength and high strength concrete and the development law of its mechanical properties are sys-tematically studied.The test results show that the concrete with water-binder ratio of 0.24 and water-reducing agent content of 2.8%has a compressive strength of 28.6 MPa at 3 h,over 45 MPa at 6 h,and over 120 MPa at 28 d.Its porosity is less than 7%and its microstructure is dense.The results show that optimized mix ratio design and admixture dosage can significantly improve the early strength development rate and late strength level of concrete,which can meet the requirements of bridge pile foundation construction.关键词
