Abstract
In order to study the mechanical properties of the external insulation wall of modified polystyrene board,this paper conducted a drawing test of vitrified microbead insulation mortar and modified polystyrene board by LBY-B-II puller,and compared and analyzed the bond strength of the two.The results show that with the increase of the number of heat and rain cycles,the bond strength of both insulation mortar and polystyrene board tiles shows a decreasing trend,but the durability of insulation mortar is obviously better than that of polystyrene board tiles.The bond strength of the insulation mortar decreased by 17.7%and that of the polystyrene veneer brick decreased by 40.3%after 80 hot rain cycles.The influence of hot and cold cycle on the bond strength of decorative brick is more significant than that of hot rain cycle.There-fore,when designing the insulation system,attention should be paid to the change of the durability of the insulation material under the condi-tion of hot and cold circulation.关键词
