Abstract
In order to analyze the variation rule of building settlement after the construction of underground continuous wall,PLAXIS simulation software was used to analyze the long-term settlement deformation of houses,and a long-term prediction model of house settlement was pro-posed.The results show that the underground diaphragm wall has a lag effect on the settlement of surrounding buildings.With the increase of time,the settlement of the building continues to increase,and the settlement of the building tends to be stable after one year of construction.The closer the distance from the diaphragm wall,the greater the settlement value of the building,and the decreasing rate decreases gradually with the distance from the diaphragm wall.When predicting the long-term settlement of houses in soft soil area,the modified hyperbola model should be preferred,and its accuracy is more than 0.995.关键词
