Abstract
Old industrial warehouses have outdated architectural structures, rendering them inadequate for current carbon-neutral and energy-efficient management requirements. As a result, they need to be demolished and newly constructed. However,if the entire factory is shut down to build new structures,it will significantly impact the operational and management processes of the ongoing industrial factories. Therefore, the enterprise chose a non-stop renovation approach and adopted a segmented and zone-based construction method. They ensure the smooth opera-tion of the production system while advancing the project construction.Additionally, this paper identifies the existing challenges in the project management of non-stop renovation of industrial warehouses, aiming to provide practical references for project progress, quality, and cost man-agement in similar projects.关键词
