The Road to"Individual Growth":The Era Implication of High-quality Development of Adult Education and Its Realization

Abstract
Under the background of building a learning country and a lifelong education system,adult education shoulders an important and unique mission.At present,adult education is often regarded as a kind of educational compensation education or skill training education,but it is ignored that a-dult education is also a basic way to care for the continuous growth of individual life.To this end,facing the demand of individual lifelong learning and the value appeal of high-quality education in the new era,it is necessary to change the concept and practice of adult education:take individual life growth as the center,change the concept of adult education and regard adult education as a basic way of individual growth.For the purpose of continuous growth of individual life,the curriculum system of adult education should be reformed and values should be cultivated.Take individual learning as the center,change the traditional teaching method and arouse the individual"growth"consciousness.In short,the high-quality development of adult education in the new era needs to take individual"growth"as the purpose and cultivate virtuous people for lifelong development on the basis of academic compensation and knowledge and skills training.关键词
