生态系统理论视域下继续教育教学质量保障体系的构建
Construction of Educational Quality Assurance System for Continuing Education from the Perspective of Ecosystem Theory
摘要
Abstract
The unique teaching ecology of continuing education requires the establishment of an ecosystem for educational quality assurance system of continuing education.Based on the perspective of ecosystem theory,this paper constructs a theoretical framework of an ecosystem for educational quality assurance system of continuing education based on the demands of continuing education quality assurance,and step-by-step explain the three-layer eco-system operation mechanism of"teaching production cycle-organization and operation coordination-social environment driven"of teaching quality assur-ance.Under the framework of this construction,the ecological niche is ensured to bring into play the production symbiosis,the ecological factors are coor-dinated to enhance the operational balance and the ecological environment is rooted to emphasize the sustained drive.关键词
