开放大学多元化办学模式的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Diversified Educational Models in Open Universities
摘要
Abstract
With the global development of diversified education,open universities,as important platforms for lifelong education,have become critical in promoting lifelong learning for all.How to achieve a diversified teaching model in open universities to meet the demands of the new era and to improve education quality has become an urgent research topic.This study adopts grounded theory and conducts in-depth interviews with 21 principals of learning centers in open universities to systematically analyze the practical paths and influencing factors of diversified teaching models.The findings indicate that factors such as policy support,regional characteristics,digital technology,faculty development,social cooperation and promotional efforts collectively drive the diversification of open university teaching models.Based on these findings,the study proposes strategies to strengthen policy implementation,de-velop regionally tailored approaches,accelerate digital transformation,improve faculty development,expand social cooperation and enhance publicity and promotion.These strategies aim to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the diversified teaching models of open universities.关键词
