基于SWOT-P EST模型的开放教育招生模式分析
Analysis of Open Education Enrollment Mode Based on SWOT-PEST Model

Abstract
As an indispensable part of higher education in our country,the enrollment of open education has been quite large,but in the competition of enrollment market,it still faces the dilemma that the ideological foundation is not stable enough and the protection of the legal system is weak.In order to fully utilize the unique advantages of open education,this paper takes Z College of Shandong Open University as an example and explores its current en-rollment situation in the educational ecology,providing a clear model and strategic orientation for its future enrollment work.This paper analyzes the ad-vantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Z College of Shandong Open University in the general environment and predicts that the number of enrollment in the next three periods will be on the rise by using the quadratic exponential smooth forecasting method.Then,the SWOT-PEST matrix is constructed and positive promotion strategies are proposed according to the advantages and opportunities.In order to provide reference for open education enrollment,this paper puts forward innovative and transformative strategies against the threat of disadvantages.关键词
