The Significance,Mechanisms and Prospects of Mindfulness Interventions to Improve Teacher Burnout
摘要
Abstract
Job burnout is a kind of psychological syndrome.As a new method to deal with stress effectively,mindfulness intervention aims to cultivate individual's mindfulness ability and promote the development of teachers'mental health.On the basis of systematic review of previous studies,this paper firstly combs out teachers'job burnout and mindfulness intervention.Secondly,we summarize the significance of mindfulness intervention on teacher burn-out,then combine with the relevant theoretical models and the mechanism of its action is elaborated.Finally,the discussion and the outlook for the future are discussed.In the future,the impact of basic elements of mindfulness on teacher burnout should be further analyzed and the mechanism of mindfulness on teacher burnout should be further explored,so as to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing mindfulness intervention programs in the future.关键词
