复杂网络理论视角下教师专业发展的协同进化机制研究
Research on the Coevolution Mechanism of Teacher Professional Development from the Perspective of Complex Network Theory

Abstract
In the context of globalization and knowledge economy,teacher professional development is of crucial importance to ensure the quality of education.However,traditional research methods have difficulty in comprehensively grasping its trajectory within the complex educational ecosystem.By introducing the complex network theory and regarding teachers as network nodes,this study analyzes their interactions with knowledge resources,educa-tional policies and social culture to reveal the coevolution laws of teacher professional development.Through constructing models,such as the star-shaped agglomeration led by famous schools and teachers,the chain-like transmission intertwined with disciplinary chains and master-apprentice chains and the network interaction of multiple subjects within a region,the coevolution paths are explored.Moreover,a guarantee mechanism is constructed from three as-pects:institutional regulation,technological promotion and cultural motivation,providing practical guidelines for educational policy makers,school ad-ministrators and teachers and promoting the integration and efficiency improvement of educational resources.关键词
