新时代教育家精神研究的现状及趋势
Research Status and Trends of the Spirit of Educators in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
The spirit of educators is one of the connotations of teacher culture highly condensed by General Secretary Xi Jinping based on the tradition-al Chinese teacher's culture and in the context of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and it is an ideal state that teachers should consciously pur-sue.Continuous research on the spirit of educators is conducive to the high-quality development of the teaching force.By using CiteSpace software to sort out and systematically study the literature with the theme of"the spirit of educators",it is found that the number of published papers on this topic has in-creased sharply and is on the rise,but the disciplinary fields are relatively single and the scientific research cooperation is relatively loose.Through the cluster analysis of keywords,it is found that normal universities are the forefront of cultivating the spirit of educators,"the teaching force"is an important carrier and building a leading country in education is its value orientation.In the future,we should follow the policy direction closely,continue to combine the characteristics of the times with theoretical discussion as the root and practical exploration as the basis,continue to carry out theoretical research on Xi Jinping's exposition on the spirit of educators,research on the spirit of educators to build a leading country in education,continue to explore the institu-tional mechanism of integrating the spirit of educators in teacher education and strengthen the research on the connotation of teacher education under the leadership of the spirit of educators.The study of the connotation of teacher education under the guidance of the spirit of educators is being strengthened.关键词
