Abstract

Extractive electrospray ionization source has been widely used in many fields,but the efficient measurement of its spatial pose parameters has not yet been solved.The photogrammetry method based on image processing is the preferred approach to solve this problem,and the extraction algorithm for linear features is very crucial.Therefore,a method based on image processing for extracting linear features from extractive electrospray ionization sources is proposed.The ionization source image is converted to grayscale space for Otsu threshold segmentation and binarization.The watershed algorithm is used for morphological operations to remove overexposed pixel areas.Then after Gaussian filtering,Canny edge detection is carried out.During the stage of line detection,an interval Hough line detection method is presented,by redefining the angle accumulator of the standard Hough line detection,and the two-edge linear features of the electrospray extraction ionization source are extracted successfully.Experimental results show that the average detection rate of the interval Hough line detection is increased by 4.95 times and the detection accuracy is imcreased by 1.99 times,compared to the standard Hough line detection.The result indicates the method have higher detection efficiency and accuracy,which can satisfy the requirement of line feature extraction for extractive electrospray ionization source.
