Abstract
As an important part of the welding process,weld grinding is of great significance for improving welding quality and reducing production costs.Since the traditional weld grinding method mainly relies on manual operation,there are problems such as low efficiency,poor precision,and harsh working environment.There are also technical difficulties such as low automation procedures,complexity of the weld morphology,and precise control of the grinding trajectory and attitude.To this end,a 3D line scan camera is designed based on the principles of trigonometric ranging and Sham's law,and a clustering-based light strip extraction algorithm is studied to improve the measurement accuracy of the 3D camera and solve the three-dimensional reconstruction of the weld.The laser power adaptive technology is studied to solve the problem of laser reflection on metal surfaces.A weld point cloud extraction algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of weld extraction on flat and curved surfaces,which can adapt to different usage scenarios and further improve polishing quality and efficiency.A six-joint robot,a 3D line scan camera and a grinding tool combination are used to build a grinding test platform.The grinding efficiency is significantly improved and the weld surface is polished smooth and flat,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the weld grinding technology based on 3D vision and reduces the need for manual intervention,provides strong technical support for the automation and intelligent development of the welding industry.关键词
