Research on Online Visual Inspection Technology for CNC Machining Workpiece Dimensions

Abstract
In order to meet the demand for online visual inspection of workpiece dimensions in CNC machining,a CNC machining process system integrated with a self-developed CCD visual probes has been designed and developed.This system is based on precise visual inspection technology,which can automatically collect real-time images of workpieces during CNC machining,and accurately analyze and process the size and error data of workpieces through advanced image processing algorithms.Compared with traditional manual detection or contact measurement methods,the online detection of this system can significantly improve the automation level of production and reduce errors caused by human factors.Through experimental testing of various complex shapes and high-precision required workpieces,the results show that this system exhibits extremely high accuracy and efficiency in the size detection process,and can quickly complete real-time measurement and feedback of processed workpieces,greatly improving the production efficiency and product qualification rate of the production line.In addition,the system can be easily integrated into existing CNC machining equipment through modular design,adapting to the detection needs of different types of workpieces and having a wide range of adaptability.Compared with traditional offline detection methods,this system not only shortens detection time,but also demonstrates significant advantages in accuracy and detection efficiency,verifying its potential for application in the fields of intelligent manufacturing and automated production.关键词
