摘要

Abstract

The rapid development of the automotive industry leads to the research progress of polyurethane materials.Polyurethane is a complex polymer material,which is widely used in the automotive field in recent years due to its excellent properties.For example,polyurethane foam has excellent comfort,heat insulation,sound insulation and other properties that play an important role in automotive interiors.Polyurethane elastomers have high resilience,wear resistance and corrosion resistance,and are mostly used in shock absorption and seals of automobiles.Polyurethane coatings protect automotive surfaces while providing a brilliant appearance.Binders,on the other hand,bond automotive parts strongly.In view of these different performance characteristics,the research progress and application of polyurethane foams,elastomers,coatings and binders in the field of automobiles and other mechanical parts are reviewed in detail.Finally,the future research and application of polyurethane materials are summarized and prospected,which help promote its better development in the automotive industry.
