摘要

Abstract

In view of the shortcomings of traditional thresholds alarm,patrol inspection and manual parameters inspection to carry out monitoring and fault diagnosis of nuclear power plant,taking the primary heat transfer pump of CANDU6 reactor as an example,the monitoring and fault diagnosis technology is studied,and the intelligent early warning technology of main pump is proposed.The distributed strategy is adopted to establish the corresponding monitoring models according to the component functions and the parameter characteristics of the measuring points.The kernel principal component analysis(KPCA)is used for the anomaly detection in each component.After abnormal detection,the contribution plot is used to locate the fault and identify the abnormal parameters in time.The model and algorithm are tested by the real abnormal data of the main pump of Qinshan Phase Ⅲ CANDU6 reactor.The test results show that this method can find the abnormalities in time and accurately locate the abnormal parameters.
