摘要

Abstract

The heat transfer performance of circular heat pipe is investigated under different input power,different working inclination angle and different heating end positions.The influence of different heating end positions on the heat transfer performance of the round heat pipe is investigated.It is found that,with the increase of heating power,the temperature difference between the condensing end and the heating end of the heat pipe gradually increases,and when the heating power is 18 W,the temperature difference is as high as 40.5℃,and the heat transfer efficiency of the heat pipe is greatly reduced and regarded as a failure.With the increase of inclination angle,the difference in the steady-state temperature of the heat pipe is not large,and the maximum decrease is not more than 7℃,which indicates that the heat pipe has a small impact on the heat transfer performance of the heat pipe in the normal working process due to the gravitational force.In the experiment to discuss the influence of the position of the heating end on the thermal performance of the round heat pipe,when the heating end of the heat pipe is appropriately close to the condensing end,the temperature difference between the two ends decreases,and there is a significant decrease in the thermal resistance,which promotes the heat transfer efficiency of the heat pipe,and when the heating end is excessively close to the condensing end there is a completely opposite result.The results show that the position of the heating end affects the heat transfer performance of the heat pipe,which can be exploited to make the heat pipe have a more efficient heat transfer efficiency.
