Abstract
By analysis of the quality influencing factors in numerical control(NC)machining of thin-walled parts,the improvement measures and their implementation are given in four aspects:optimizing process design,enhancing NC programming technology,upgrading machine tool performance and accuracy,and improving tool management and optimization.In terms of process design optimization,the process route is refined by analyzing the deformation patterns of parts,with rational planning of machining data and cutting parameters.For NC programming technology,high-precision NC programming software is adopted,the programming algorithms are optimized,and intelligent programming assistance systems and monitoring systems are introduced.High-performance NC machine tools are selected and utilized,with enhanced maintenance and upkeep to ensure machine stability and accuracy.Building on this foundation,the tool selection strategy is optimized,and regular monitoring of tool wear is intensified.Comparative testing,statistical analysis,and customer feedback demonstrate that the proposed improvement measures can significantly reduce various types of errors in NC machining of thin-walled parts,thereby enhancing processing quality and efficiency.关键词
