Abstract

CMOS detector has large prospect in the design of remote sensing space cameras with wide-fieldviews.As the core component of space cameras,the CMOS detector with large area array splicing needs to undergo vibration testing to verify whether the camera detector can withstand the vibration during emission.According to the actual needs of the project,a vibration testing fixture structure is designed for a domestically produced CMOS detector used in a synchronous orbit space cameras with wide-field views.The fixture structure is analyzed by finite element method.The sinusoidal vibration testing and random vibration testing for the detector are also carried out.The first order vibration frequency of the CMOS detector and fixture structure is 1 761.92 Hz,the deviation with the finite element simulation analysis result 1 743 Hz is not more than 5%.The state of CMOS detector is unanimous before and after the vibration test.The result indicates that the CMOS detector can withstand the vibration testing conditions,it also verifies the design of the fixture structure is correctness and rationality.
