摘要

Abstract

In view of the fatigue crack damage problem caused by wind turbine blades in the service environment with complex alternating loads,the law between fatigue crack extension and vibration mode of the blade is investigated by taking the FD3.2-2.0 wind turbine blade as an example.Firstly,a numerical model of crack extension is established by analyzing the mechanical behaviors and influencing factors in the process of crack extension.Then the crack extension simulation is carried out based on finite element,and the relationship between the crack extension position and the initial length of the crack is investigated.Finally,vibration modal analysis and random vibration analysis are carried out based on power spectral density analysis,and the laws between the crack initial length and crack extension position and the intrinsic frequency are investigated.Results show that:under the condition of the same crack extension position,different initial crack lengths do not have much influence on the extension rate,and the overall trend is slow and constant;the longer the initial crack is,the earlier the crack extension moment will be,and the intrinsic frequency decreases with the increase of the initial crack length.Under the condition of the same initial crack length,the influence of different crack extension positions on the extension rate is significant,the farther away from the leaf root,the earlier the crack extension moment is,and the intrinsic frequency decreases with the increase of the crack extension position.Relationship is investigated between crack extension location and crack initial length on the first six orders of intrinsic frequency and vibration response of cracked wind turbine blades,and the conclusions of the study can further determine the damage tolerance of the blades,which can help to optimize the design,monitoring and maintenance strategies of wind turbine blades,and to improve the reliability and economy of wind turbines.
