摘要

Abstract

In order to better reflect the real state of the helicopter main reducer,TRIZ innovative method is employed to analyze the factors that affect the dynamic characteristics in the helicopter healthy and usage monitoring system.By utilizing the final ideal solution,system functional analysis,causal analysis,nine screen method analysis,the functions of the helicopter healthy and usage monitoring system are examined,the working principle of the system is organized,and the functions of each module of the system are clarified.Subsequently,one technical contradiction,one physical contradiction and two material field models are addressed with the help of tools such as STC operator,technical contradiction,physical contradiction,physical field model,evolutionary law,and scientific effect library.This led to the formulation of 22 detailed solutions to enhance the dynamic characteristics of the helicopter main reducer.Finally,taking into account the cost,feasibility and reliability in accordance with the actual situation,four technological innovations are carefully analyzed and extracted as the optimization method to form a comprehensive plan,namely,the construction of the twin system of the helicopter main reducer.Through this system,the dynamic characteristics of helicopter main reducer can be greatly improved.
