摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the accurate control of knife and scissors grinding processing with multiple postures and angles,the influences of parameters are investigated,such as grinding pressure,grinding speed and grinding postures and angles on the quality of knife grinding,with the development of intelligent grinding constant force control system of robot.The results show that when the pressure changes,the sharpness and durability of kitchen knives firstly increase and then decrease;when the grinding speed changes,the sharpness and durability of kitchen knives are negatively correlated with the grinding speed;the sharpness and durability of kitchen knives increase with the increase of the grinding angle.The optimized grinding parameters are:grinding pressure F=45 N,grinding speed v=2 mm/s,and grinding position angle of 60°,at which point,the sharpness and durability are the highest,which are 9 mm and 41 mm,respectively.This robot intelligent grinding system provides a reference for the automated grinding of knives.
