Abstract

Innovation is the fundamental driving force for the development of the industry and even the development of the country,so training innovative talents is an important part of achieving social and national development.The medical care field is related to the health of the people,and innovation can better ensure that new technologies and new methods are integrated into specific medical care work,improve the quality of medical care,and benefit more patients.Under the new medical policy,universities should take the integration of multiple resources as the guarantee to effectively enhance the innovative ability of nursing undergraduates.This paper analyzes the background of new medical science,discusses the importance of cultivating innovative ability of college nursing undergraduates,discusses the current situation of innovative ability of college nursing undergraduates from the macro,meso and micro levels,and seriously analyzes the existing problems in the mode,method and resource integration of innovative ability cultivation of college nursing undergraduates at this stage.It includes insufficient supply of innovative nursing talents for nursing majors in colleges and universities,shortcomings in educational model innovation in colleges and universities,and weak self-management and self-positioning awareness of students.On this basis,specific improvement strategies are proposed by combining literature research method and work experience of medical nursing undergraduates.
