Discussion on Enhancing the Quality of Teaching Ward Rounds in General Practice Standardized Residency Training

Abstract
Medicine is a highly professional discipline,the growth of doctors can not be separated from clinical practice,but also from the words and deeds of clinical teachers,so how to train excellent clinicians has been the theme of medical colleges and hospitals to explore.Teaching ward rounds,as a critical pathway for training clinical medical talents,constitute an indispensable component of clinical education in teaching hospitals.High-quality teaching ward rounds can enhance residents'theoretical knowledge and practical skills while fostering their capacity for self-directed learning.Therefore,delivering effective teaching ward rounds for general practice standardized residency training is particularly vital for cultivating exceptional primary care physicians.General practice,rooted in grassroots communities and serving diverse populations,possesses unique characteristics distinct from other specialties.Traditional specialty-oriented teaching ward round models may not fully align with the demands of general practice.Thus,there is an urgent need to develop a teaching ward round model tailored to the features of general medicine.This article aims to explore and outline strategies for optimizing teaching ward rounds in general practice standardized residency training,with the goal of providing valuable guidance and support for clinical teaching practices.关键词
