摘要

Abstract

Intelligentization of coal mines is the essential way to achieve high-quality development of the coal industry.Objectives In response to the current problems of incomplete posture perception of under-ground roadway and equipment,the need for improvement in accuracy,and weak fusion of multi-source data in the intelligent construction of coal mines,Methods this study adopts a combined approach of theo-retical analysis and experimental testing to study fiber optic sensing principles,fiber optic packaging tech-niques,and sensor development based on the characteristics of underground monitoring targets in coal mines.Subsequently,optical fiber sensorsare used to construct a perception technology system for roadway status and working face equipment posture and applied on site in coal mines.Results The results showed that the proposed FBG(Fiber Bragg Grating)sensing information transmission mechanical model and three fiber encapsulation methods were applicable for underground environments of coal mine.The fiber optic sensor-based technical system for underground roadway condition and working face equipment posture moni-toring has been successfully implemented in coal mines,achieving real-time monitoring of that.Fiber optic sensing technology demonstrated effective application in monitoring both roadway conditions and working face equipment posture in underground coal mines,exhibiting superior precision and operational stability.Conclusions Intelligent perception technology system for three-dimensional roadway space based on the inte-grated monitoring of distributed fiber optic sensors and 3D laser scanning technology and three machine equipment attitude intelligent perception technology system based on the fiber optic sensors and inertial navigation instruments provided echnical ideas for the future development of intelligent perception in coal mines and laid a solid foundation for achieving efficient,intelligent,safe,and green normal operation of coal mines.
