摘要
Abstract
The current development of China's home service industry is characterized by an increasingly optimized policy environment,continuously expanding industry scale,gradually broadening service scope,rising specialization of services,a more robust credit system,and progressive advancements in aspects such as digital intelligence,standardization,regulation,and branding.The home service industry is expected to evolve towards professionalization,customization,community-based services,and integrated development.However,challenges persist including prominent supply-demand imbalance,low professional and vocational levels among practitioners,low industry entry barriers,inadequate integrity construction,insufficient industry-education integration,and weak industry regulation.To address these issues,this paper proposes the following suggestions for promoting high-quality development of the home service industry:strengthen institutional and mechanisms,optimize development pathways of home service enterprises,promote vocational development of practitioners,enhance industry-education collaboration mechanisms,and increase policy support.关键词
