我国家政服务业高质量发展探析
An Exploration of the High-Quality Development of China's Domestic Service Industry:Based on the Changes of Urban Communities in China and Relevant Research Literature Abroad

Abstract
The domestic service industry in China is regarded as a sunrise industry,yet the challenges it encounters during its development cannot be ignored.Given this context,research on the domestic service industry should not only absorb and learn from relevant international studies,but also incorporate new research perspectives.This article organizes and reviews foreign literature primarily from two dimensions:the driving forces and barriers to the development of the domestic service industry.Additionally,from the perspective of urban community transformation in China,it highlights that changes in community demand system,the dissolution of community relational networks and shifts in residential spatial structures have different influence on the development of domestic service industry.To advance the high-quality development of China's domestic service industry,it is essential not only establish an integrated tripartite development framework involving the state,market and society,but also to account for the corresponding social foundations,understand and adhere to relevant social logic,and actively promote the application of digital technologies within the industry.关键词
