失智老年人社区居家照护需求及对策研究
Research on the Needs Countermeasures of Community-Based Home Care for Elderly with Dementia:Taking Changchun City,Jilin Province as an Example

Abstract
In recent years,the degree of population ageing in China has been continuously deepening,and dementia has gradually become the main cause of disability of the elderly.However,the social support system for elderly with dementia has not been fully established yet,and"home"still remains the main living space for the elderly with dementia.Non-specialized care provided by family members often fails to alleviate symptoms in dementia patients and may even bring problems such as the rapid deterioration of the course of the disease of the elderly with dementia,the decline of the quality of life in old age,and the serious psychological burden and life pressure on the caregivers.Therefore,taking community-based home care services as an intervention platform,this study analyzes care needs of dementia patients and their families through sample surveys'data and in-depth interviews information,while synergizing with China's evolving long-term care insurance system.The proposed framework for establishing a dementia-inclusive,multi-subject comprehensive service community provides critical insights for achieving successful ageing in China.关键词
