Abstract
As time progresses and technology advances,architectural materials and craftsmanship continue to evolve to better meet people's aspirations for an improved quality of life,necessitating corresponding updates in spatial construction strategies to align with these innovations.The same materials,when combined differently,can produce vastly distinct spatial qualities,thereby creating unique architectural contexts within urban environments.This paper examines two urban public architecture projects with differing backgrounds as case studies.From a cultural perspective,it analyzes the selection and construction methods of materials in large-scale urban public spaces,exploring how the interweaving of concise,stable,square massing can effectively address contemporary functional and construction needs.It further discusses the feasibility and importance of unifying spatial form and essence to foster a diverse,inclusive,and symbiotic relationship between architecture and its urban surroundings.关键词
