摘要
Abstract
Digital technologies have reshaped the productivity foundation and characteristics of the construction industry,giving rise to new quality productive forces centered on smart construction and new-type construction industrialization.These new quality productive forces not only provide fresh production factors,innovative technologies,novel models,and dynamic momentum for high-quality development of the construction industry but also play a pivotal supporting and leading role in building a modern industrial system.They effectively drive the digital-intelligent transformation,industrialization advancement,and green transition of the construction sector.Currently,despite notable achievements in smart construction and new-type construction industrialization in China,a series of challenges and issues persist.Addressing these requires the implementation of multi-dimensional measures to ensure comprehensive solutions.关键词
