基于旅游开发潜力评价的铁路闲置空间更新再利用研究
Research on the Renewal and Reuse of Idle Railway Spaces Based on the Evaluation of Tourism Development Potential

Abstract
This study establishes an evaluation framework for assessing the tourism development potential of idle railway spaces using big data collection,spatial quantification,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The framework comprises three core indicators:spatial accessibility,satisfaction with tourism service facilities,and attraction appeal.An empirical analysis is conducted using the railway network in the western mountainous region of Beijing as a case study.The results indicate significant disparities in tourism development potential across different areas in this region.High-potential areas are primarily located near stations close to towns and scenic spots,such as Yexi Station,Wangping Station,Sanjiadian Station,Yancun Station,Shidu Station,Dahuichang Station,and Tuoli Station.Medium-potential areas require improved infrastructure and service facilities,while low-potential areas need better transportation links and unique tourism development strategies.This research aims to provide a scientific basis for the renewal and reuse of idle railway spaces in the western mountainous region of Beijing,promoting the integration of transportation and tourism as well as the upgrading of local economies and the tourism industry.关键词
