Research on Micro-Renewal Design of Urban Villages Based on Urban Catalyst Theory:A Case Study of Dianqian Community in Xiamen
摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the increasingly prominent demand for urban village renewal,this article employs the"Urban Catalyst"theory as a framework to explore the potential of urban villages as catalytic points in urban renewal.Taking Dianqian Community in Xiamen as the research subject,the study adopts a"micro-renewal"strategy,focusing on three catalytic factors:space,function,and culture.By utilizing a bottom-up renovation approach,the article proposes corresponding renewal design strategies.The research aims to provide new theoretical support and practical pathways for the sustainable renewal and revitalization of urban villages.关键词
