Abstract
Early Chinese characters primarily employed pictographic methods,directly depicting real objects or scenes.Ancient architectural forms and functions are preserved in these characters,which serve as key cultural carriers.Analyzing these characters reveals the developmental trajectory of ancient architecture and its historical-cultural context.Many architecture-related characters reflect structural features while embodying contemporary social customs and aesthetics.This interplay between language and architecture offers valuable insights into ancient civilizations,deepening our understanding of historical and cultural evolution.This study investigates the ancient forms of"brick"and"tile",incorporating materials from Yingzao Fashi to comprehensively analyze Chinese architectural materials and summarize their developmental features.关键词
