壳聚糖/锶修饰的木质复合支架促进骨再生的研究
Study of chitosan/strontium-modified wood-based composite scaffolds for promoting bone regeneration

Abstract
Objective:To address the limitations of traditional aerogel scaffolds,including poor mechanical properties and insufficient osteoinductive capacity,this study developed a chitosan/strontium-modified wood composite scaffold and sys-tematically evaluated its bone regeneration performance.Methods:White wood(WW)scaffolds were prepared via delignifica-tion,followed by vacuum impregnation to fabricate chitosan/WW(CS/WW)and chitosan/strontium/WW(CS/Sr/WW)scaf-folds.The microstructure and mechanical properties were characterized using SEM and mechanical testing.Biocompatibility and pro-angiogenic ability were assessed via live/dead staining,cell proliferation,migration,and tube formation assays.Osteo-genic activity was evaluated through ALP staining and RUNX2 immunofluorescence.Results:The CS/Sr/WW scaffold exhib-ited uniform component distribution,with tensile and compressive stresses reaching 6 MPa and 4 MPa,respectively.Cellular assays demonstrated that the scaffold significantly enhanced cell proliferation,migration,and vascularization,while upregulat-ing VEGF and ANG expression.Additionally,it promoted ALP activity and upregulated osteogenic markers such as RUNX2.Conclusion:This wood-based composite scaffold combines superior mechanical properties,excellent biocompatibility,and du-al osteogenic-angiogenic activity,offering a promising functional material for bone regeneration.关键词
