比较3种咬合板对骨性Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形伴颞下颌关节紊乱病患者上气道的影响
Comparing the effects of three types of occlusal splints on the upper airway in patients with skeletal Class Ⅱmalocclusion and temporomandibular joint disorders

Abstract
Objective:To compare the effects of three types of occlusal splints on the upper airway of patients with skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion and temporomandibular joint disorder.Methods:Ninety-two patients were selected and divided into three groups based on their history of treatment with different types of occlusal splints:traditional non-anterior planar oc-clusal splints group(group A),traditional anterior-plane occlusal splints group(group B)and digital anterior anatomic occlu-sal splints group(group C).The changes of nasopharyngeal volume,oropharyngeal volume,total oropharyngeal volume and minimum oropharyngeal cross-sectional area before and after treatment were compared.Results:Intra-group comparison showed that the four indexes in group A were slightly increased after treatment,but there was no statistical significance.The oropharyngeal volume and total oropharyngeal volume in group B were significantly increased(P＜0.05).The four indexes of group C were significantly increased(P＜0.05).The change rate of oropharyngeal volume in group C was significantly higher than that in group A(P＜0.05).The change values and change rates of the other three indexes were not statistically signifi-cant.Conclusion:The effect of the anterior occlusal splint is better than that of the non-anterior planar occlusal splint,and the digital anterior anatomic occlusal splint is better than the traditional anterior planar occlusal splint.关键词
