叙事医学在口腔内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用探索
The impact of narrative medicine teaching practice on oral medicine teaching of resident standardized training

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the impact of narrative medicine teaching practice on empathy ability and doctor-patient communication skills in oral medicine teaching of resident standardized training stage.Methods:A total of 57 resi-dents of Grade 2022 and 2023 who received standardized resident training in department of Stomatology,Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology were divided into observation and control groups.Both observation and control group received conventional training while narrative medicine teaching practice was only conduc-ted in observation group.Empathy ability and doctor-patient communication skills were calculated by questionnaires and scores after graduation from oral medicine training.Results:The total scores of empathy ability of observation and control groups were(111.86±9.84)and(104.14±12.59),respectively.The total scores of doctor-patient communication skills of observation and control groups were(17.72±1.93)and(15.64±2.06),respectively.Score of empathy ability and doctor-pa-tient communication skills in observation group were higher than control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative medicine teaching practice obviously increased empathy ability and doctor-patient communication skills of oral medicine teaching of resident standardized training stage and improved patient satisfaction.It is suggested that narrative medicine needs to be continuously promoted in oral medicine teaching of resident standardized train-ing stage.关键词
