医院社区家庭协同背景下小学生口腔健康促进的应用研究
Application of oral health promotion in primary school students under the background of hospital community and family collaboration

Abstract
Objective:To improve the bad habits of primary school students and enhance their awareness of oral health care through comprehensive intervention under the background of hospital-community-family collaboration,thereby continuously maintaining and promoting the oral health level of primary school students.Methods:From September 2022 to September 2024,a total of 80 students from grades 1 to 4 in each of two primary schools were selected using convenience sampling and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group received conventional o-ral health education promotion strategies,while the experimental group received oral health promotion strategies under the background of hospital-community-family collaboration.Data were collected from the research subjects six months after the in-tervention,and the caries incidence rate,oral hygiene status,tooth brushing compliance rate,and post-meal rinsing compliance rate of the two groups of primary school students were compared.Results:The caries rate of the experimental group was sig-nificantly lower than that of the control group,and the compliance rate of tooth brushing before sleep and post-meal rinsing in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:The oral health promotion model under the background of hospital-community-family collaboration can effectively main-tain and promote oral health,reduce the occurrence and development of common oral diseases in primary school students.关键词
