发音器官矫正联合侧化构音训练对儿童功能性构音障碍疗效观察
Observation of Vocal Organ Correction Combined with Lateral Articula-tion Training on Functional Articulation Disorders in Children

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vocal organ correction combined with lateral articulation training on children with functional articulation disorders(FAD).Methods Ninety-two children with FAD admitted from March 2021 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(vocal organ correction combined with lateral articulation training)and the control group(lateral articulation training),with 46 patients in each group.The clinical efficacy,changes in articulation clarity and oral motor ability scores(lip,tongue,jaw)before and after treatment,and family satisfaction after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.48%(43/46),which was higher than 78.26%(36/46)of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the artic-ulation clarity of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).In terms of oral motor ability,the scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,and higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The total family satisfaction rate in the observation group was 91.30%(42/46),which was higher than 73.91%(34/46)in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Organ correction combined with lateral articulation training has a good clinical effect on children with FAD,which can improve children's articulation ability more comprehensively and effectively,and has high family satisfaction.关键词
