茄科作物矮化性状遗传规律及调控机理研究进展
Research Progress on the Genetic Law and Regulation Mechanism of Dwarf Traits in Solanaceae Crops
摘要
Abstract
The Solanaceae family encompasses a variety of important vegetables,staple crops,and ornamental plants,playing a significant role in agricultural production and daily diet in China,with great economic value.Plant height is one of the most crucial agronomic traits in the plant architecture,and dwarf plants offer advantages such as tolerance to dense planting and lodging resistance.Therefore,exploring dwarfing genes and investigating the hormonal mechanisms underlying dwarfism are of great significance for the innovation of germplasm resources and yield improvement in Solanaceae crops.This paper summarizes key advancements in the application and origins of dwarf mutants in Solanaceae crops,the relationship between dwarfism and hormones,as well as the genetic patterns and molecular mechanisms of dwarfism.The aim is to provide theoretical insights for ideal plant-type breeding and a deeper understanding of dwarfing mechanisms in Solanaceae crops.关键词
