石柱县辣椒产业现状与高质量发展的对策建议
The Current Situation and Countermeasures for High-Quality Development of the Chili Industry in Shizhu County
摘要
Abstract
As the"Hometown of Chili in China",Shizhu County has cultivated a comprehensive industrial chain encompassing planting,processing,and branding of pepper through years of development.Currently,the county has a pepper planting area of 6 700 hm2,an annual output of 80 000 tons of fresh peppers,and a total industrial output value of 750 million yuan.The adoption rate of high-quality seeds exceeds 95%,while standardized farming techniques have achieved over 90%penetration rate.However,challenges such as labor shortages,rising pest and disease pressures,limited deep-processing capabilities,and market volatility have constrained the industry's growth.Issues like small-scale production bases,inadequate processing capacity,brand infringement,and overreliance on single sales channels persist.To address these challenges,Shizhu County needs to strengthen high-quality seed breeding programs,accelerate mechanization of farming bases,foster leading enterprises,overcome processing bottlenecks,drive full-chain upgrades and innovation-led development.These measures will propel the Shizhu pepper industry toward large-scale,high-value-added,and brand-oriented growth.关键词
