摘要
Abstract
This study aimed to systematically reveal the molecular characteristics of the M protein of swine acute diarrhea syndrome coronavirus(SADS-CoV),providing references for vaccine design and antiviral drug development.Using bioinformatics methods, the structural and immunofunctional properties of the SADS-CoV M protein were systematically analyzed. Results showed that the SADS-CoV M protein consists of 228 amino acids, containing three transmembrane domains without a signal peptide, and exhibits hydrophobic stability. The secondary structure of the SADS-CoV M protein is predominantly composed of α-helices(32.89%)and random coils(38.60%),the predicted tertiary structure exhibits a 34.31%similarity to that of the SARS-CoV-2 M protein.Based on the tertiary structure,B-cell epitope prediction analysis was performed, identifying four high-probability B-cell epitopes(positions 13~23,65~73,80~88,and 188~195),suggesting potential targets for immune intervention. The study demonstrated that the SARS-CoV-2 M protein exhibits molecular stability and strong immunogenicity, providing a molecular foundation for the development of novel vaccines.关键词
